The challenge
International education runs on relationships between three parties who rarely share a system: students hunting for the right course, recruitment agents shepherding applications and chasing commission, and colleges trying to fill programmes. EduCoven came to us with the model proven on spreadsheets and email — and the friction that comes with it.
What we built
We designed a single platform serving all three sides. Students discover and apply to courses; agents manage their pipeline and have commission invoicing generated automatically; colleges publish programmes and partner with agents. The hard part was the shared data model — one source of truth that each role sees through a different lens.
The result
EduCoven replaced a fragile manual process with a system agents use daily, with commission reconciliation that no longer depends on someone remembering to send an invoice.
